For Japanese Sado (Tea Ceremony), it is divided into seaons.
From May to October, it is summer season.
From November to April, it is winter season.
For summer season, we used Furo. Furo is a boiler to boil the water.
In the old time, there is no air-conditioner. In order to avoid the heat affecting the guest, the boiler is placed in the corner, away from the guests.
In japan, there are lots of Japanese Sweets. Among them, Toraya is a very famous shop. The youkan is very delicious. I heard that Monaka is also very famous. So, I bought some Monaka last month.

In the tea room, we used to put a drawing. The drawing I put this time is a kind of Iris flower. It is flower bloom in May.
On the same time, the tea spoon we used is also a kind of Iris flower.
